Guidelines for Care and Service at Healing Bridge

  • Admission and Eligibility

All residents must meet the health and age criteria for admission. Admission is based on the availability of space and the facility's ability to meet the specific medical or care needs of the resident.

  • Medical Care and Responsibility

While we provide comprehensive care, Healing Bridge is not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions or sudden health deterioration. Regular medical assessments will be conducted, and any specialized treatments may require additional charges.

  • Payment and Fees

Service fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges. All charges for special medical care, therapies, or rehabilitation are billed separately.

  • Resident Conduct

Residents are expected to follow the house rules and maintain respectful conduct with staff and other residents. Violations may lead to appropriate actions, including removal from the facility.

  • Discharge Policy

A resident may be discharged upon request by the family, or for medical reasons beyond the facility’s capacity, or in case of non-compliance with the facility’s policies. A notice period may be required.

  • Visitor Policy

Visitors are allowed during designated hours only. All visitors must adhere to the facility's rules and respect the privacy and well-being of other residents.

  • Liability

Healing Bridge is not liable for any personal belongings of residents. Any damage to the facility by the resident may result in repair costs being charged to the resident's account.

  • Service Changes

Healing Bridge reserves the right to modify services, fees, and policies. Residents and their families will be informed of any changes in advance.
